Sudipta Bhadra
He is one of the founding members of the Green Being Foundation. He is the CEO and Director of the Green Being Foundation (GBF). He has an MA in economics. He has a diploma in human resources management. He is certified by IIBF as a Business Correspondent/ Facilitator. Mr. Bhadra was the project coordinator for “The causes of the sickness of small scale industrial units in West Bengal” at the Indian Statistical Institution, Kolkata. He has over 20 years of expertise in the human resources field. He has worked with numerous non-governmental organizations in West Bengal for over ten years on various projects. Apart from that he is a self-professional and Social Entrepreneur.
Suchetan Bhadra
He is the joint founder member of the Green Being Foundation. Being currently an undergraduate student pursuing his B.Com hons degree course with majors in accounting and finance from the Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata in the second year. Mr. Bhadra is also the Joint representative and reporter at the reporting and photography collective of his college, named “Expressions”.
He holds a keen interest in writing, social awareness, photography, music, films, sports and books. Besides, he is also a member of the college cricket team, one of the core persons of the administrative department of his college. Till now he has moderated and anchored quite several events and himself taken part in a few. He is also the voiceover artist cum audio actor at an Instagram vlogging page named “Kolkatar Golpo” and at “Neonates”, a performance art group.

Post Graduate in Agriculture
He has 32 years of experience in India’s largest Bank, the State Bank of India(SBI). Earlier he was an officer in the Department Of Agriculture, Govt. Of West Bengal posted in North Bengal and South Bengal as well. During his tenure at SBI, he served in various capacities taking care of High Value Commercial Advances, the Microfinance Sector and business growth. After retirement, he was posted as an Agriculture Expert in a World Bank assisted Project, namely the District Project Management Unit at Burdwan and Suri in West Bengal.
Hemanta Sasmal
Master of Science in Chemistry, CAIIB, MBA in Finance
He has 30 years of experience in public sector banks. He spent more than 15 years in various senior management roles in the banking industry. He is now engaged as a management consultant in so many institutions in West Bengal. He is also a faculty member at Central Staff Training College in Kolkata, West Bengal. After retirement, he engaged himself in various social welfare activities.
